Restricted States
Due to the highly regulated nature of our products, we don not ship to the following states: NY, NJ, PA, VT, OH, and MN.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.). Otherwise, return shipping costs and restocking fees will be debited from the original order total. We strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of our warehouse receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the time it takes us to inspect and process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with an RMA and instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Please take careful note of the restricted States we do not ship to. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our primary shipping service is UPS, however, we may utilize another carrier in rare situations. We make every effort to ship your product the same day your order is placed.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Items over 50lbs will incur additional shipping charges as per our carriers.
